Over the years Roy painted numerous beautiful studies in oils.  These are but a few to enjoy.

In ‘real-life’ many of his works were done on a very large scale.

In addition to oil paintings Roy liked to work in pen and ink.  Many of these studies can be seen in his books.  The fine detail and fantastic perspective of them show the influence of his working life as a technical artist in a local engineering firm.
